Can we arrange an on-site factory audit?expand_more
Yes. The Dongguan TIANQIU Energy Industrial Park accepts on-site audits, with an engineer accompanying you through the production lines, testing area and dispatch packing zone. Please book 3–5 working days ahead so the relevant process is running.
How are samples shipped and what is the lead time?expand_more
Standard models ship in 3–5 days by courier or air. Custom enclosures and bespoke communication protocols take about 7–12 working days for sampling. Samples ship with a factory test report and are packed to UN38.3 requirements.
What are the usual minimum order and production lead times?expand_more
Standard minimum order is 50 cartons (approximately US$2,000), or 100 cartons for custom packaging. Production runs 15–25 days and custom items about 30 days; container orders are scheduled against an optimised 20GP or 40HQ loading plan.
Which payment methods do you accept?expand_more
Irrevocable sight and usance letters of credit (L/C at sight, 60–90 days), USD or EUR telegraphic transfer, D/P, and PayPal or Western Union. The structure is confirmed at quotation stage based on order value and region.
Will you sign an NDA, and which languages do you support?expand_more
We can sign a mutual NDA first; vehicle drawings, packaging designs and purchase quantities you share stay strictly confidential. Day-to-day contact is in English and Chinese — tell us in advance if another language is needed and we will bring in the right colleague.
