Twelve regional export desksthat move market access and calibration before project kick-off

A desk here is not a country profile — it is a delivery configuration you can start from: port clearance documents, the destination certification route, local energy-consumption calibration and the matching BMS threshold tuning, all issued with the quotation instead of being re-confirmed once the project is already running.

inventory_2What Every Desk Pre-Loads

Five things each desk settles before the quotation goes out

The value of a desk is that the compliance and fit questions are closed before the project starts, so procurement never waits on a round of confirmations.

description

Destination port clearance documents

UN38.3 test summaries, MSDS, sea-transport identification reports and the packing certificate for dangerous goods are prepared to the destination port and the declared HS code is cross-checked, so nothing has to be filed after arrival.

Certification route and filing drawings

The compulsory route and its required evidence are pinned down per country — AIS-156 Phase 2, TISI, QCVN 91:2019, SNI 04-2051.1, NRCS / LOA, SONCAP, PVoC / KEBS, TBS and GOEIC — with matching Chinese and English technical drawings.

Locally calibrated energy consumption

Range is calibrated from local road and payload duty data rather than a constant-speed figure: passenger load, gradient share, idle time and flooded stretches are all carried into the consumption model.

BMS threshold tuning

Over-current, temperature and charge-current thresholds are set to the local climate and duty intensity: stepped current reduction in hot markets, higher bus-voltage withstand for long descents, and a wider transient window for loaded starts.

Spare-parts allocation

Container orders ship with a matched ratio of core consumables — BMS protection boards, high-current connectors, harnesses and chargers — allocated to the nearest standing hub so failures are repaired in country.

Retrofit support and labour time

For each mainstream local chassis the desk supplies a weld-free mounting bracket, anti-vibration pads and an adapter harness, with the per-vehicle labour time and tooling stated so local workshops need no new tooling.

helpDesk Selection FAQs

Choosing a desk and planning the container

Which regional desk should I start from, and does the choice really matter?expand_more
Three inputs settle it: destination port, the destination compulsory certification, and the real duty cycle. The differences are not in the copy but in the pre-loaded configuration — an India desk set up for AIS-156 Phase 2 and 50℃ heat and a Thailand desk set up for TISI and Sukhumvit gridlock do not share the same BMS over-current window, temperature thresholds, enclosure structure or spare-parts kit.
How long does it take from order to container pickup at destination?expand_more
Factory scheduling is normally 15–20 days, then the sea leg: Manila around 5–7 days, Hai Phong around 3 days, Cat Lai around 4–5 days and Laem Chabang around 5–7 days for intra-ASEAN direct sailings; Tanjung Priok around 8–12 days; Karachi around 10–12 days; Durban around 18–22 days and Cape Town around 24–26 days. Clearance and pickup times per desk are stated in the quotation package.
Can different models be consolidated into one container?expand_more
Yes, and it is common. Each desk publishes its 20GP loading volume for a single specification — roughly 140–220 units for passenger three-wheeler packs and 450–680 units for two-wheeler swap packs. For mixed specifications we issue a loading plan based on box dimensions and weight distribution that maximises volume within the Class 9 dangerous-goods segregation rules.
Who handles the destination certification, and what do you need from me?expand_more
The certification holder is normally the local importer or OEM; we supply the full technical basis — filing drawings, cell datasheets, BMS logic diagrams, English test reports and the cell safety data file. Several routes, including TISI, QCVN, SNI and PVoC / KEBS, come with in-country licensed support. The split of responsibilities is confirmed at desk quotation stage.
What documents and spare parts travel with the container?expand_more
UN38.3 test summaries, MSDS, the sea-transport identification report, the packing certificate for dangerous goods and the destination certificate of origin (for example Form E under the China–ASEAN and China–Pakistan agreements) ship with the container. Spare parts are allocated free of charge against each container order: BMS protection boards, high-current connectors, harnesses and smart chargers.
Can I buy a small batch first and road-test it locally?expand_more
Yes. We support pilot batches of 1–10 units with 3–5 day sampling on standard models, shipped by compliant dangerous-goods air freight or LCL sea freight, each accompanied by installation instructions, commissioning harnesses and the PC tuning software. The current curves from those units then become the basis for the full container specification.
