Greater Manila E-Trike passenger and cargohigh-wading, short-circuit resistant LiFePO4 packs
Engineered for the tropical downpours, street flooding and 16-hour daily passenger loads of greater Manila — Pasay, Quezon and Taguig. An explosion-proof breather valve, a 300mm dual-seal die-cast aluminium enclosure and an in-house automotive high-rate BMS remove the six-month lead-acid fade and the monsoon leakage risk that plague conventional packs.

Manila field test data and the engineering fit behind it
Developed head-on for heat, salt fog, severe flooding and extended operating hours. Over the past four years we have delivered more than 18,000 three-wheeler packs into Manila, Davao and Cebu.

Coastal high-humidity passenger duty
Under the salt-laden, high-heat conditions along Roxas Boulevard the pack ran a continuous 16-hour loaded passenger cycle with zero terminal oxidation and a pack voltage spread held at ≤15mV.

Weld-free in-place mounting module
Dimensions match the under-seat battery bay of the mainstream Bajaj, TVS and locally built chassis used in the Philippines, supplied with a dedicated bracket kit and plug-and-play Anderson connectors.
Typhoon-season wading protection
Manila floods repeatedly through the June to October typhoon season. An integrated foamed silicone seal ring works with a Gore breather valve, so the pack stays electrically sound even after full immersion.

District-level swap network option
Where premises cannot provide a slow-charge cable, a 60V 30Ah twin-pack parallel system lets the driver recover a full charge in one minute at a 7-Eleven or petrol-station swap point.

All cells are Tier-1 CATL / Gotion / EVE A-grade 3.2V LiFePO4 with a cycle life of ≥3,500 at 80% DoD. The 6–8 seat passenger chassis maps to our passenger three-wheeler pack platform, and the light delivery tricycle to the heavy-duty cargo tricycle pack.

BOI duty exemption and rebate package
Working with the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA), we help local buyers and conversion plants apply to the Board of Investments for zero-tariff and VAT exemption treatment.
EVIDA clean transport project invoice and certificate of origin · China–ASEAN Free Trade Area FORM E zero tariff · 12%–15% reduction in landed import charges - 03anchor
Fast clearance at Manila and Cebu
Long-standing ASEAN line partnerships with SITC, WAN HAI and COSCO give us standing Class 9 dangerous-goods container allocation, punctual sailings and green-channel release.
Direct to the Port of Manila in 5–7 days · Cebu and Davao onward delivery to door - 04warehouse
Overseas spare-parts box and dedicated support
Every container ships with after-sales consumables, and fleet-level customers get remote CAN diagnostics plus a resident technical coordinator, so failures are closed out inside the Philippines.

Operating economics of a 50-unit Manila E-Trike fleet
Taking the Pasay wharf to LRT station commercial shuttle route as the model: a petrol three-wheeler burns roughly 650–700 PHP of fuel a day, while a 72V 100Ah LiFePO4 pack draws about 8 kWh on a single overnight slow charge (roughly 90–100 PHP).
