Privacy policy:how your inquiry and visit data is collected, used and protected
We are Guangdong TIANQIU Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. This page explains what data we handle when you browse this site, submit an inquiry or correspond with us, why we handle it, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do. If you do not accept this policy, please do not use the forms — write to the export desk by email or WhatsApp instead.
verifiedThis page is a general statement, not legal advice. If your jurisdiction requires stricter processing terms, tell us in writing before signing and we will add them to the contract.

Clause by clause: what we hold, why, and for how long
Each block below follows the same order — what is collected, why, who else sees it and how long it is kept. Nothing about pricing or liability limits is agreed on this page; those follow the signed contract only.
public1. Scope and effective date
edit_note2. Data you give us: the seven inquiry form fields
contact name, company or fleet name, business email, WhatsApp or phone number, target market and destination port, first-batch volume band (sample / 20–50 units / 180 units for a 20GP / 320+ units for a 40HQ), and the detailed requirements you type (typically vehicle model, payload, daily distance, motor rating and the document set you need).
These fields are completed voluntarily. If you instead reach us by email, WhatsApp or a trade-show card, we record the contact details and requirements in the same way.
insights3. Data collected automatically: visits and devices
pages viewed and referral source (search engine, external link or direct), device and browser type, screen size and operating system, city-level location derived from IP (never a street address), and session length, clicks and scrolling. We use this to judge which technical pages genuinely help overseas buyers.
We run no advertising pixels and no third-party advertising cookies, and we do not do cross-site retargeting.
task_alt4. How we use the data
answering the inquiry (sizing advice against destination port, payload, daily distance and motor rating), quoting (EXW / FOB / CIF pricing, container loading and the document list), delivery and after-sales (order, booking, documents, warranty and RMA claims), and business record keeping (contracts, invoices and compliance files).
We do not use inquiry information for anything unrelated to your procurement, and we never sell or rent it.
hub5. Third-party services that see your data
Web3Forms — the form delivery service that forwards your submission as an email to our export desk mailbox. The fields transmitted are name, company, email, phone, target market, volume band and requirements text.
Google Analytics 4 — visit statistics, processing anonymised page and event data.
Microsoft Clarity — page-behaviour analysis, used to see how visitors read our long guides and selection tools.
Beyond a legal obligation, or a party required to complete delivery (shipping line, customs broker), we disclose inquiry contents to no one else.
cookie6. Cookies and analytics explained
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. With cookies blocked, pages, specification tables and the inquiry form all still work — we simply lose the referral statistics for your visit. You may also browse in private mode or use the opt-out offered by each analytics provider.
flight_takeoff7. Cross-border transfer: inquiries reach our team in China
history8. Retention periods
Contracts, shipping documents and financial records: kept as required by the contract and by export-compliance and tax rules; a deletion request does not shorten these.
Analytics data: kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which we keep within each tool’s permitted maximum.
verified_user9. Your rights: access, correction, deletion, withdrawal
Access — a copy of the inquiry and correspondence records we hold about you.
Correction — fixing an inaccurate company name, contact detail or market field.
Deletion — removal of inquiry and marketing correspondence records (contract and compliance files excepted).
Withdrawal of consent — stopping future selection guides and new-product mailings.
Please include your company name and the email address you used, so we can verify the request. We acknowledge within 24 hours on working days and complete verified requests promptly.

Questions about your data, or need a record deleted?
Privacy requests and inquiry follow-up run through the same export desk, acknowledged within 24 hours on working days. If you are scoping a project, you can submit requirements below — the same policy applies to that data.
- For access, correction or deletion, include your company name and the email you used, so we can verify
- Quotations and capacity files are used only to evaluate your project; a bilateral NDA can be signed first
- Contract and customs records are not shortened by a deletion request — we state this in writing up front
