Thailand desk: Bangkok electric tuk-tuks and resort shuttles72V / 60V high-rate LiFePO4 power systems
Built for the continuous idle heat of Sukhumvit gridlock and the current surges of hard acceleration. Cells and BMS are adapted to Thai retrofit bodies and to tropical extremes above 40℃, removing the water loss of lead-acid and the flammability of NMC. Direct sailing to Laem Chabang takes only 5–7 days.

Bangkok street data and the bench calibration behind it
Tropical humidity, urban gridlock, loaded gradients and dangerous-goods certification are tested as one closed loop, so ASEAN compliance carries no residual risk.
- All-day passenger tuk-tuk road test: at 38℃ under strong tropical sun and while crawling in Sukhumvit gridlock, the pack bay uses aviation-grade aerogel and phase-change thermal pads to hold the sustained temperature rise below 6.5℃.
- Loaded gradients for resort shuttles: in the hill resorts of Pattaya and Phuket, the discharge rate reaches a 3C transient, so a 6–8 seat shuttle with air conditioning running pulls away repeatedly on steep gradients without rolling back or dropping voltage.
- 72V bench calibration for back-EMF: matched to the 3kW–7kW permanent-magnet motors common in Thailand, the BMS mainboard MOSFET withstand is raised to 158V, eliminating board burn-out from regenerative braking surges on long descents.
- TISI approval and Class 9 packing compliance: the full range carries UN38.3, MSDS and packing certificates, and both the Thai TISI industrial approval and Form E origin verification routes are open, giving 100% compliant clearance.
Thai market access and duty-cycle figures
Gridlock idle heat, loaded mountain gradients and ASEAN origin preferences are the three variables that set Thailand apart from its neighbours.
Specification notice:The figures above are engineering reference values. They may differ with production batch, configuration and actual duty cycle, and the percentages for life, efficiency, availability and coverage are engineering estimates and bench references. | Classic passenger tuk-tuk (Bangkok Traditional Type) | 72V 105Ah | 7.56 kWh | 120–140 km | 3,000W – 5,000W | Pressed cold-rolled steel case / IP67 / anti-vibration flame-retardant bracket | 180 units | Request data sheet |
| Hotel and resort 8–11 seat shuttle (Resort & Golf Cart EV) | 72V 200Ah | 14.40 kWh | 140–160 km (air conditioning, loaded) | 5,000W – 7,500W | Dual high-voltage relays / active balancing / thermal potting | 110 units | Request data sheet |
| Bangkok last-mile fresh produce and parcel cargo trike | 60V 100Ah | 6.00 kWh | 90–110 km (500kg payload) | 2,000W – 3,500W | High-conductivity die-cast aluminium impact shell / portable extraction latch | 210 units | Request data sheet |
Passenger tuk-tuk and shuttle chassis map to our passenger three-wheeler pack platform, and the last-mile cargo trike to the heavy-duty cargo tricycle pack. Every model can be pre-commissioned against the protocol used by the local motor and controller before it leaves the factory.

The platform each Thai vehicle type maps onto
Passenger tuk-tuks and resort shuttles use the passenger platform; fresh-produce and parcel cargo trikes use the heavy-duty platform. Both share one BMS protocol family and one spare-parts system.

Passenger three-wheeler pack
An ultra-slim, low-slung chassis sits under the passenger seat for classic Bangkok tuk-tuks and 8–11 seat resort shuttles, pulling away on steep gradients with air conditioning running and a full load.

Heavy-duty cargo tricycle pack
A high-conductivity die-cast aluminium impact shell with a portable extraction latch, specified for Bangkok last-mile fresh produce and parcel trikes at 500kg payload.
