Field validation: North African desert roads under mixed heavy passenger and cargo duty
No no-load laboratory figures. TIANQIU systems are permanently deployed across Cairo, the alleys of Giza and the hot, dusty Red Sea coast, and have completed tens of thousands of kilometres of extreme heavy-load operation.
- FIELD 01 · Cairo high-temperature heavy-load testing (43℃ heat and dust): continuous round-the-clock operation in old Cairo and around the Giza pyramids. Our ducted intelligent cooling keeps the average daily cell temperature rise at ΔT < 5.8℃ in a 43℃ sandstorm, with BMS active thermal control and zero thermal runaway events.
- FIELD 02 · Heavy climbing and poor road surfaces (1,000kg extreme payload): for the rough gravel tracks along both banks of the Nile and multi-passenger heavy loading, the pack supports 3C transient high-rate discharge. Cells connect through 1.5mm laser-welded pure copper busbars, removing the risk of fusing under hard-acceleration current, with no fade on a continuous 15° climb.
- FIELD 03 · Bajaj / TVS original mounting points, no welding (100% chassis-intact): precision-tooled to the most common Egyptian petrol chassis — Bajaj RE Compact and TVS King. The pack bolts directly to the original lock points, connects through standard aviation connectors, and completes a full vehicle swap in 30 minutes.
- Sandstorm sealing and weather protection: during the annual North African Khamsin sandstorm, conventional packs short out as dust accumulates. TIANQIU uses a thickened cold-rolled steel enclosure with a dedicated labyrinth breather valve and double silicone seals to block fine dust ingress.

Container quantities are calculated on standard UN-certified anti-static, shock-isolating wooden pallets, and 40HQ high cubes can carry mixed configurations. Passenger TokToks map to the passenger three-wheeler pack, Basta and tourist shuttles to the heavy-duty cargo tricycle pack, and delivery two-wheelers to the two-wheeler swap pack. Heavy cargo and dust protection: the Basta bulk-haulage duty cycle
Egyptian cargo tricycles face gravel surfaces along the Nile and multi-passenger overloads — and once a year, the Khamsin sandstorm. Mechanical strength and sealing have to hold at the same time.

- Continuous seamless laser TIG-welded enclosure: cold-rolled drawn steel structure with industrial IP65 waterproof, dustproof and flame-retardant Amphenol or aviation connectors, delivering both strength and sealing.
- ePTFE breathable membrane: every micro vent is covered by a waterproof breathable membrane that releases thermal-runaway micro-pressure while blocking desert dust particles down to 2.5 microns.

The General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC) requires pre-shipment conformity verification for imported traction batteries. TIANQIU meets the registration and certification requirements and maintains a local Cairo liaison point.

The TIANQIU manufacturing plant is registered on the GOEIC whitelist. Before shipment, an international third-party inspection body in China (such as SGS or Intertek) issues the pre-shipment Certificate of Conformity (CoC) on our behalf.
