Quality system: cell source, EOL data and the packing certificate
The risk for a buyer is not the sample — it is whether the mass production batch uses the same cells and the same process steps. TIANQIU turns every gate into checkable evidence: coded cells that can be scanned for authenticity, matched-cell records for consistency, step tests for welding and sealing, an EOL data sheet at end of line, and original dangerous-goods documents for export.
- Traceable cell source: Tier-1 new A-grade motive cells with original factory QR coding, verifiable instantly in the cell maker client; graded and dismantled cells are refused outright.
- In-pack consistency: 100% automated capacity and resistance matching to ΔV ≤ 3mV and ΔIR ≤ 0.5 mΩ, with self-discharge K-value sorted automatically.
- Welding and in-process inspection: six-axis high-frequency fibre laser welding with 1.2–1.8mm penetration and ≥250N pull strength, 100% metallographic sectioning and non-destructive inspection.
- Sealing and structure: dual IP67 seals holding 15kPa for 60s with zero leakage; 1.5mm steel enclosure with flame-retardant insulation and an explosion-proof breather valve.
- End-of-line test and ageing: 100% two full charge/discharge cycles in high-temperature ageing cabinets; the comprehensive EOL test includes 2,500V DC dielectric withstand and insulation resistance ≥500MΩ, with a dedicated step curve per pack.
- Export evidence: full UN38.3 reports, MSDS, the original Class 9 dangerous-goods packing usage appraisal certificate, plus sea and air transport dangerous-goods appraisal reports.

On-site and 1080P video audits follow the same route. In a video audit you can nominate any workstation for a hand-gesture proof; for an on-site audit you may appoint a third party such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV.

We send the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, the list of twelve certifications and test reports, a sample EOL data sheet, a sample packing certificate and the pack specification sheet in advance, so you or your inspection body can complete the paperwork comparison before arrival and spend the visit on lines and data.

On-site audit items
Draw cells at random and scan them against inbound records; inspect the six-axis laser welder, the pressure-hold leak test and the high-temperature ageing cabinets; export the EOL data sheet with the insulation withstand curve, over-current trip response and total internal resistance; compare the exit port and production batch number on the original packing certificate against your order; and confirm the 2% spare-parts kit is written into the contract.

Report issued
The third-party body or the buyer issues the audit conclusion against their own checklist. Any corrective actions are closed and re-verified within the agreed timeframe. Before the container leaves we reconfirm the sampling method, spare-parts quantity and the document set travelling with the goods, giving a traceable delivery record.
