Tropical stress validation and chassis fit matrix
Designed for the flooded monsoon roads of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, for sustained high humidity, and for riders running 20-hour days.
- Flood and wading protection: for the routine monsoon flooding of Ho Chi Minh City, a dual IP67 seal ring with a breather valve holds insulation resistance above 500MΩ and wades 400mm without tripping, keeping riders working through the worst weather.
- High-speed swap handshake: onboard CAN 2.0B and 4G IoT modules complete the swap-cabinet handshake in 0.8 seconds and synchronise SOC and SOH data, preventing arcing at the swap connector and matching the mainstream Vietnamese swap networks.
- One-hand portability with low heat rise: a reinforced aviation-aluminium folding handle balances 7.8–14.5kg for one-handed carrying, while thermally conductive potting holds the working temperature rise below 4℃ at 40℃ ground heat.
- Loss-free fit to standard bays: moulded dimensions match the VinFast Feliz and Klara, Yadea models and Honda Wave conversion bays exactly, locking in without modification and sharply cutting a fleet's conversion cost.

Vietnam QCVN approval and the Form E zero-tariff route
- 01fact_check
QCVN 91:2019 standard approval
The packs pass the Vietnamese Ministry of Transport (BGTVT) national technical regulation testing in full, covering nail penetration, crush, overcharge, short circuit and high and low temperature charge and discharge, enabling direct import approval.

China–ASEAN Form E certificate of origin
The official Form E certificate of origin is issued by the Chinese entry-exit inspection and quarantine authority or customs, cutting the customs duty straight to 0% and relieving Vietnamese importers of working-capital pressure at clearance.

Shekou / Nansha direct to Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong
Direct Pearl River Delta sailings are fast: Hai Phong takes only 3 days and Cat Lai in Ho Chi Minh City 4–5 days, with legitimate Class 9 dangerous-goods container booking and no demurrage risk.
